Guest Policies

Welcome to Silverpine Boutique. We are delighted to host you and want to ensure your stay is comfortable, safe, and memorable. Please take a moment to review our guest policies, designed to protect both our valued guests and our property.

1. Reservations & Cancellations

  • Booking Confirmation: 
    • To secure a booking, a deposit of 50% of the full amount is required within 14 days of making the reservation.
    • Balance payment is to be settled before guest check-out.
  • Cancellation Window: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations made later will incur a one-night charge.
  • No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged for the first night, and the reservation may be released.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: From 12:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM.

  • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request.

  • Identification: A valid government-issued ID/ RGOB Guest Entry Permit copy is required at check-in.

3. Payment & Deposits

  • Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.

  • Billing: All charges must be settled before departure.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Noise Policy: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Smoking Policy: All front view rooms are non-smoking. Guests can book our balcony view room for smoking.

  • Alcohol & Substances: Responsible consumption is expected. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Damage & Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage to property or loss of hotel assets.

5. Visitors & Extra Guests

  • Visitor Registration: All visitors must register at the front desk.

  • Extra Occupancy: Additional charges apply for guests exceeding the room’s capacity.

6. Pets

  • Pets are not allowed in our hotel

7. Safety & Security

  • Emergency Procedures: Evacuation routes and instructions are provided in each room.

  • Surveillance: Public areas are monitored for guest safety.

8. Amenities & Services

  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary access for all guests.

  • Housekeeping: Daily service provided. Guests may opt for eco-friendly linen change schedules.

  • Facilities: Guests can pre-book our conference hall at the front desk for any social gathering.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Confidentiality: Guest information is handled securely and never shared without consent.

  • Digital Security: We comply with applicable data protection regulations to safeguard your privacy.
